Your Forge Score reflects how consistently and sustainably you're building habits over the last 30 days. It's designed to reward steady effort — not streaks or burnout.

Momentum
Measures your recent activity with more weight on the last few days. Staying active keeps momentum high; taking breaks lets it cool — but it's easy to reignite.
Rhythm
Tracks how balanced your actions are across different habits. A higher rhythm means you're spreading effort across multiple areas rather than focusing on just one.
Consistency
Shows how often you hit your daily target (default: 3 actions/day). It's not about perfection — even a few actions each day builds lasting consistency.

Overall Forge Score

A weighted blend of Momentum (40%), Rhythm (30%), and Consistency (30%). Focus on sustainable progress, not grinding — The Forge rewards balance.
