Tiers of Becoming
These are not levels. They are adjectives—words that describe what you've proven yourself to be.
How Tiers Are Earned
Not quickly. Not easily. Through sustained proof over time.
Tiers are earned through lifetime achievements—permanent markers that accumulate as you repeatedly prove yourself through action. There is no shortcut. There is no hack.
Each tier represents not a score, but a transformation. Moving from Intentional to Consistent means you've demonstrated—through actual recorded actions—that you can maintain rhythm over time.
Once earned, tiers cannot be lost. You cannot un-become what you have proven yourself to be. The fire may cool, but the metal remembers its shape.
Five Domains. One Life.
Strength in one area doesn't excuse neglect in another. The Forge honors wholeness.
Body: Physical health, movement, strength, endurance, rest.
Mind: Learning, reading, reflection, mental clarity, growth.
Craft: Creative pursuits, hobbies, skills practiced for their own sake.
Connections: Relationships, family, friendship, community, presence with others.
Work: Professional development, career, contribution, meaningful labor.
The Journey Is Personal
Your path through the tiers is yours alone. Someone might reach Disciplined in Body while still at Intentional in Connections. That's not failure—that's honest self-knowledge.
The Forge doesn't tell you where to focus. It shows you where you've been putting your proof—and where you haven't. The choice of what to do with that information is always yours.
The goal isn't perfection across all domains. It's wholeness—a life you can respect.
